The top storey consists of the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two singles, a full bathroom, the kitchen and living area plus the balcony. The ground floor has a double bedroom and the barbeque room which has two single beds, a half bathroom and laundry
Conveniently situated, the shopping centre and RSL club are a 10 minute walk along the beach similarly the Bowling club and tennis courts are only a 10 minute walk.
