Unit was just as described with ocean view, very clean and well maintained. My sister stayed on the 11th floor and her unit was not serviced very well. Would definitely stay in again if we come back to Gold Coast...Many thanks Frank

Lovely big one bedroom apartment with a great view of the ocean. Good location convenient to walk into surfers centre also on bus route. Facilities at resort excellent. Road works a challenge!

Really enjoyed our 10 days at the resort. Loved the 2 spas, plus the indoor pool and the outdoor pool and the water slides.
Also enjoyed a BBQ one night - very nice.
Great facilities, secure parking and very easy to get to/from all the tourist spots eg MovieWorld etc plus just down the road from Australia Fair.

I would absolutely recommend this room to others. The ocean view is amazing and the apartment itself has everything you need. It's spacious and very clean. I liked the fact that we were never bothered by hotel staff as it is privately owned - yet we still had access to all areas. In most holiday resorts you have minimal applicances and utensils, but this apartment had full kitchen with sufficient utensils for cooking our meals, a laundry with dryer and TV with DVD player. It was in a great location right next to the beach however we did have some issues with buses due to all the road works around this time of year. We will definitely be returning some day in the future as Frank provided us with a wonderful service.

A very comfortable unit that has everything that a couple would want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Only a couple of minutes to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the shops and cafes / restaurants.

We were so excited when we arrived at Sun city resort. The room was much bigger than we thought it would be and what an awesome pool. We cooked every night and was amazed at how fantastic the staff were. Our kids were crying on our last day, not ready to say goodbye to the life guard, Wesley. Thank you for a memorable stay, which makes a world of difference. We have stayed in many resorts but this one is the best. We will definitely be back.

We had a Fantastic Holiday. The view was magnificent from our room, we took binoculars and saw whales/dolphins boats and surfers.The room had everything we needed for the 3 of us, great having 2 sinks and large shower. We used the heated outdoor/indoor pools everyday, indoor spa cold for a few days. Very easy to access, Frank kept us well informed of all we needed to know. Thanks Heaps we would love to come back. Kim & I celebrated our honeymoon at the "Sun City Mantra" and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room we stayed in was well equipped and had the most amazing views ! The resort itself was awsome and the facilities were incredible, we couldn't be happier. The rates were very resonable and the location made it easy to access anywhere you wanted to visit. We will definately be making "Sun City Mantra" our Gold Coast destination from now on. Many thanks to Frank the property owner, he was very obliging and is an asset to the hospitality industry.

We had a wonderful time at Sun City Resort and would highly recommend the apartment.Great location in the heart of the Gold Coast, close to all amenities and just across the street from the beach.We watched the sun rise each morning over the ocean, enjoying our beautiful views from the private balcony.Lovely self-contained apartment with all facilities available.Can't wait to come back.

The beachview was wonderful. The rooms are roomy and very well presented. It has all the comforts you need. Great waterslides for the kids (and the big kids)!!

We had a great time even thought the weather was not that hot. The room we stayed in was just what we wanted it had ocean views and balcony - a must for most. Very spacious and well set out. The amenities were very good the pool was great especially if you have children and the beach only a short walk away was great. Having so many restaurants to choose from and so close by was great. Bus 2min walk also made it easier to get around. One thing not that great was buffet breakfast not a wide variety of hot food to choose from - but price was great.
