IthacaViews is apart of the Uniquestays group of properties. A multi-disciplined design team that combine the love of contemporary Australian art, international designer furniture and creature comforts to create accommodation for unique short term stays > discerning travelers, be excited!

This special apartment is well positioned in the inner Sydney suburb of "chic" Elizabeth Bay, east of the city. It is surrounded by harbour-side parks, gardens, cafes and an endless array of restaurants and dinners.

Sleeps four, the large main bedroom boasts custom-made and designed Italian robes and writing desk with laptop computer stand. The second bedroom has a split base accommodating either two singles or a king size bed. We have included unique luggage benches and plush finishes in both rooms to make your stay special.

The open living spaces has both urban and broken harbour views of the surrounding area and includes a custom made marble dining table; a leather 4 seater sofa and oversize coffee table scattered with art books, exhibitions catalogues and architectural books about Sydney. The coconut chair and ottoman is designed by Herman Miller. All paintings and basket-weavings have been commissioned by notable Indigenous and urban Australian artists.

The north facing aspect of the apartment makes the living spaces light filled throughout the day with sea breezes providing natural cross ventilation for the entire area including the balcony and outdoor entertaining area.

The well appointed "Cooks Kitchen" has a city view to the south. Equipment and utensils includes commercial pots and pans, a European knife set, Italian coffee machine, dishwasher and built-in laundry.
The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower, floor to ceiling mosaic tiles and marble floors

Within a minutes walk to the waters edge you can enjoy the splendours of yachting activity and panoramic views out towards the Sydney Harbour. Surrounding suburbs include Kings Cross, Darlinghurst and Rushcutters Bay.
