This amazing house is nestled in a quiet court at the very popular Smiths Beach less than 400 metres to YCW and Smiths Beach.

Every room in this house is a delight, very tastefully furnished and every convenience thought of.

A huge entertaining deck downstairs opening on to the swimming pool is the main attraction of the house but there is more than meets the eye.

The swimming pool is salt chlorinated, clean and ready to go, it is self cleaning and requires no attention. There is an outdoor shower for your return trips from the beach. The fence surrounding the swimming pool retracts simply to open up the whole decking area. Fantastic for the long hot days of summer.

The large entertaining area has an outside dining setting and a fantastic bbq/outdoor cooking facility with kitchen sink with hot and cold water, large gas bbq, and bar fridge. Huge drawers hold all the cooking utensils: plates, glasses etc, and an outdoor gas heater completes the facilities.

At the rear of the property there is a childrens playground fully fenced with in-groud trampoline, swing set, cubby houses and play equipment, a childs dream!

There are 2 living areas each with tv, video and dvd, the main living room having a large flat screen tv and the downstairs a great second lounge with lovely sofas to relax on.

There are split systems in upstairs living, master bedroom, downstairs living and the double bedroom downstairs which also has small tv. This room has double french doors opening to a beautiful courtyard and king size bed or 2 singles.

There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs, a very pretty pink room with a single bed and a cot, and 2 singles in the other.
Bathroom with bath and laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron complete the downstairs part of the house.

Upstairs is the main living area with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, a large 8 person dining table, huge coonara wood heater and doors opening on to the upstairs deck with another outdoor setting, huge rural views and sea glimpses make this a very pleasant place to sit. The tv is set up with camera surveilance to the driveway, pool and back yard so that you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool area or backyard whilst in the house.
There is a powder room upstairs and an ensuite to the master bedroom with a queen bed and french doors opening to another private deck with breakfast setting.

Smiths Beach's best, a wonderful property with so many features, a great place for a relaxing holiday where the children should be able to entertain themselves.
