Cook in the modern kitchen equiped with Smeg appliances, BBQ in the private courtyard or simply walk to Shops, Restaurants/Cafe's & Pub. Only a short stroll to local Markets (held every 2nd and 5th Sunday in the month) and Surf Club Cafe. Remote controlled garage plus additional large secure storage area for surfboards, bikes and fishing rods etc.

For the cooler months of the year, although few, we provide electric blankets (to make sure the beds are cosy) and heating for the living and bedroom areas.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom - 2 singles (can be made into double upon request) and there is a double bed in the upstairs open lounge area which can be utilised as a day bed for relaxing and watching TV from.
Beach Break is very tech savvy! For your enjoyment there are two TVs, wi fi internet and a docking station for ipods/iphones and ipads. We have it all covered!
Only 10 Mins to Ballina-Byron Airport. 15 Mins to Byron Bay.
45 mins to the Gold Coast.
Ideal accommodation for Byron East Coast Blues and Roots Festival, Gromfest, Splendour in the Grass, All Girls Surf Showdown, Kite surfing, Fishing weekends or enjoying a surf at famous Lennox Point and other local beach/point breaks.

We don't mind if you bring the family pet along for your holiday either. A water bowl is provided and with a secure yard and plenty of space to stretch out in, your furry friend will find a lovely haven in the sun or shade to chill out after a strenuous run on the dog friendly beach.
