Large family beach house only 100 meters to what is one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia if not the world. House has fabulous views over the Bay. There are 4/5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large rumpus/family room with table tennis table. Eat in kitchen and extra large lounge/dining area. Hyams Beach is truely a gem destination and centrally located for day trips. Pets allowed on application.

We have just returned from a long weekend at Hyams Beach and we didn't want to leave! This was the perfect relaxed beach house for our group of eight with lots of space for everyone to kick back. The boys loved that the TV had Foxtel so they could watch their respective sports matches and the ping pong table was a hit. The house was only a short walk from the beautiful beaches and charming little cafe that we hit up daily for our morning coffee. Our two dogs also had a fantastic time and we were so glad we could take them. We loved the big dining table inside as well as the outdoor dining setting, both perfect everyone gathering round for meals. We will definitely be returning!

Hyams Beach is the perfect holiday destination for complete relaxation and absorbing the beauty of a stunning Australian beach. Hyams Beach House is also our idea of the perfect beach accommodation - spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, unpretentious, great location and the views from the balcony, lounge-room and main bedroom are just magical! What a joy (and rare luxury) to wake up to the sun creeping over the bay and welcoming in another lovely day.

We stayed at the beach home in late November with a party of ten young adults and had an absolute ball. The house was centrally located, well-maintained and beautiful, with amazing views of the magnificent Hyam's Beach.
The main bedroom was a particularly well decorated and the rest of the home, especially the top level, was comfortable and well-furnished. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony where we were often visited by rosellas and lorikeets.
In short, would definitely recommend this house!

Sorry it's taken me so long to write & thank you for letting us stay at your beach house. It was lovely & spacious, great value & we really appreciated you providing the linen & allowing our friend's dog. The table tennis was a bonus for our 9 year old. Thank you.

This is a massive older-style house with a fantastic beach feel in an excellent location. It has lovely ocean views and peaceful surrounds. Would definitely return.

The house was fantastic and has a great scenic view from the balcony. The rumpus and lounge has a beautiful relaxing feel to it and is located close to the beach. Anyone who would love to get away from reality, this is your treat.

This is a great place to stay with friends or family. Very relaxed and close to te beach. The lounge and master bedroom are gorgeous and have seaview. Would visit again!

Nice quiet position, big house, great lounge dining room. Nice decorative touches. Master bedroom is beautiful, but some of the others had a small thing slightly odd about them. Even so, good value and we had a great time.

We have just been to Hyams Beach House for our honeymoon and I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone who feels the need for a relaxing beachside break! The little cafe at Hyams Beach sells the best banana smoothie/cappucino in the world and the beach will take your breath away. You will also enjoy your little visits from beautiful birds and I defy anyone not to be able to relax on the balcony there. Just perfect!
