This is a spacious waterfront holiday house with all the modern comforts of your home including a huge TV (plus 2 others of course).

2 Independent Foxtel connections, so no arguments.

You have your own private Jetty from which to Fish and/or moor your boat.

High quality linen, bath & pool and spa towels are provided, along with plenty of crockery and glasses to cater for larger groups.

With 2 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a sleepout, there is plenty of room for 2 or 3 families.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Walk to Mermaid Beach, Pacific Fair - 2000 - 2500m to Broadbeach and Nobby Beach cafes. 20mins drive to Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld and Wet n' Wild. 25 mins to Coolangatta Airport, approx 1 hr to Byron Bay and Brisbane Airport. 30mins to Mt Tambourine, and Springbrook.

We recommend Bermuda Butchery (Q Super Centre) for hormone free meat and Yeuns fruit shop (local shops 800m walk) which has market fresh fruit and vegetables all grown in Australia. A wide range of takeawy shop can also be found here.

On most Saturday and Sunday mornings about 11am there is free face painting for little faces in Broadbeach Mall, right beside the merry-go-round and playground. Great place to go as there are a couple coffee shops right beside the playground.

Babysitting with a blue card may be arranged however we need sufficient notice for this.
