Description

Situated on a double block on corner of Candalgan Drive and Leaf Street in Broulee, this 1950's cottage comprises two buildings and a carport joined by a large timber deck. There is plenty of room to park your boat. It is about 200 metres from North Broulee Beach and the lagoon at Candalagan Creek. Broulee Beach is a one kilometre stretch of sand. It is often suitable for surfing. The lagoon contains clear water and is an ideal place for children to play, supervised by adults.
Singles groups not accepted.

Lowood - the house

The main wing has kitchen, lounge, dining area,open plan and bathroom / laundry. This area is basic, but fully equipped for a family of five.
The bedroom wing has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with a double bunk and a single bed.
The place is kept very clean and cleaning is included in the price.
The large wooden deck is suitable for entertaining, with abundant seating and a table.
There is a barbeque, a cast iron one that requires heat beads,
