The Main Bedroom offers a Queen Bed & a 2 seater lounge, complete with Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning. This bedroom also has a Separate Toilet & Basin.
The Second Bedroom has a Double Bed, a Single Bed and a Trundle Bed, with Views of the Valley. Complete with Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning.
The Trundle bed can be situated in a curtained alcove, to the side of the lounge room, for guests that do not want to share a bedroom. Popular with Teenagers.

The Lounge room is spacious with wooden floors, 42" Flat Screen TV, Sound System with DVD/CD Player & Radio. Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning.
The Views from the Lounge and Living areas are Superb.

Is situated next to the kitchen and seats 6.
There is also a dining table on the verandah, if you prefer al fresco.

Has a good size fridge, gas cook top, microwave, large pantry, plenty of bench space, small oven, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils & washing machine.

The Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, Vanity & Toilet.

The Lounge leads onto the Huge Verandah.
The Verandah is Child Friendly, so the little ones can't escape.
The Verandah is a perfect place to relax and take in the views of the valley, complete with BBQ, dining table and plenty of seating.
Off to the side of the Verandah is a small fenced garden, with clothes line.
The cottage has a Garage and extra off street private parking.
The Owners live on the property, in a Separate Cottage. Thus, enabling us to be on call for any extra requirements.
Carrington Cottage offers you Total Privacy.
Our aim is to provide clean, comfortable, reasonably priced accommodation, for families and couples.
The only thing you need to bring is yourself & your personal items.
All Linen, Towels & Beach Towels are supplied. Including Toiletries & Kitchen needs.
A good selection of DVDs, CDs & Books are supplied, to entertain the children & adults.
MUDGEERABA & BONOGIN LOCATION
MUDGEERABA:
A lovely village with Shops of all description.
Restaurants including Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Pub food, a la carte.
Walking & Bike Riding Parks, Public Swimming Pool, Bowls Club & much more.
Woodchoppers Inn & The Wallaby Hotel are located in Mudgeeraba.
The Cottage is a 5 min drive to Mudgeeraba.
ROBINA:
Is one of the largest shopping centres on the Gold Coast, with a fantastic choice of restaurants; my favourites are situated around the Lake.
Robina has a huge selection of takeaway foods, with healthy choices.
The Picture Theatre at Robina is a cut above the rest and offers Gold Class as well as Standard.
Trains & Buses are located at Robina, running regulary to Theme Parks & Brisbane.
The cottage is 6 mins drive to Robina.
A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL.TOWN IS MINUTES BY CAR, BUT NOT BY FOOT.

Can be provided for the length of your stay, for you to cook and consume at your own leisure in the cottage.
Breakfast Baskets are an additional cost.

CHECK IN: 2pm - CHECK OUT: 10am.
Earlier Check In & later Check Out, can be arranged, if possible, "By Arrangement".
A 25% or greater Deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid.
CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED, BUT CONDITIONS APPLY.
Monies paid, are non refundable, unless the accommodation is re-let for the entire period booked.
If a refund is made, due to the property being re-let; a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
