2nd bedroom has 2 singles that can be converted to a queen
3rd bedroom is the perfect kids or teenage room with 4 built in bunk beds

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes:
Ilve stainless steel stove/oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and espresso coffee machine with 5 burner stainless steel bbq

Stylish bathroom features full width vanity and mirror, glass mosaic tiles with bath and shower

Bose surround sound stereo and home theatre system including 48” high definition plasma TV (with Foxtel), VCR, DVD, CD, radio + outdoor speakers

7 minute drive to Avalon village for groceries, shops, restaurants and bars, café’s, cinema and tennis courts.
