Located on the bay, easy access to the water allows great opportunities for kayaking, windsurfing or sailing. Backing onto a local walking track, that follows the bay, it's a 5 minute flat bike ride or 12 minute walk to the local cafes and restaurants. Surfing, swimming and fishing are also options with Killcare, Lobster and Putty Beach only minutes away. Boudi National Park and Maitland Bay offer great bushwalks for the more adventurous and the natural beauty of the area has to be seen to be believed.

Relaxed living

The Bayside treehouse is a three story house which would easily suit one or two families or couples. It is contemporary in style, but has all the comforts of home. With 3 separate living areas and 4 separate dining areas (2 outside) there will be space to relax. Timber floors, recycled oregeon beams and limewashed ceilings, all add to the Treehouse's character and warmth. Well appointed contemporary kitchen and furnishings all add to the appeal of this bayside home.

Outdoor lifestyle

Enjoy the bird life on the back deck as you relax and watch the sunset over the water. Wander from the back garden down to the water and cast a fishing line on the local jetty, barely 100 metres away. It's the perfect place for children to holiday. Follow the Bay a little further and you will arrive at a local park (again in walking distance) that will keep children entertained, while the adults enjoy a game of tennis. This home is an amazing private retreat and yet there's a local ferry service to Palm Beach, Sydney only minutes away.
