This one bedroom, one bathroom garden apartment is a free standing property more like a one bedroom house. Truly delightful It is well furnished and in a quiet area and only about 2-3 minutes walk to Bondi Beach.

It is next available from 1 November 08 to 30 November 08 From this date it is booked until June 2009 when it will be available again for bookings

A new modern kitchen and bathroom with a shower, and also washer and drier. The bedroom has a balcony and a queen sized bed built-in wardrobe and full length mirror.
The living room opens on to a very private patio at the back of the house. TV, CD and DVD player installed.

Amazingly cool even on the hottest days with sea breezes giving great cross ventilation. It is about 2 - 3 minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of water sports, Surfing swimming or just sunbathing.
There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
Sydney city is only a short bus ride away and also the Circular Quay, the Rocks area and Darling Harbour.

There is no parking with this property but there is on street parking that is free for two hours. For longer periods, you will need to park further away from the property. A parking permit can be obtained that will allow unlimited parking. The cost of this is $40.

The International Shopping centre in Bondi Junction is also very easy to get to by bus and you can spend many happy shopping days there.
Short or long term bookings taken according to availability.

Ideal for a holiday or for a long term lease. (minimum booking 2 weeks).
There is a departure clean of $150 and for a short term rental a bond of $1500 is required which is returned at the end of the rental period after a satisfactory inspection of the house.
Price negotiable for a rental 2 months or longer with a residential lease.
