As this is a family residential complex our preference is for family groups and mature adults. We do not accept schoolies bookings. PLEASE NOTE MAX.7 PEOPLE.
Three bedroom comfortable Townhouse (Click on Photo Gallery above to view interior), great location just a short stroll to one of Port Stephen's best beaches. You will find a Park/playground and skatepark at the door for the kids, safe swimming beach and rock pools to explore at Birubi Point and great surfing at adjoining Stockton Beach. Relax and enjoy a coffee or lunch at the Birubi Beach cafe overlooking Stockton and Birubi beach.
Five minutes walk to Anna Bay's supermarket, bakery, Post Office, Newsagency, Butcher, Video Hire, Tavern, Bottle Shop and Bistro. There are also take-away shops and restaurants.
All bedrooms have ample storage, quilts/blankets supplied, just bring your own sheets/towels. Main bedroom has queen bed, balcony and private access to the three-way bathroom/toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs. Second bedroom has queen bed, the third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top.

There is a three-way portable cot/bassinet/change table and a highchair. PLEASE PACK AWAY CAREFULLY WHEN FINISHED SO THAT EVERYONE CAN USE THESE ITEMS.

Head out to Tomaree National Park and Tomaree Headland - approx. 30 min. walk from bottom to top and see the spectacular views from the summit.
