The main lounge has Sony 55 inch wide screen television, Sony blu-ray DVD player, a surround sound system and really comfy leather lounge with 2 recliners.
The second living area downstairs also has a leather lounge, computer and broadband/wifi access for guests to use, free of charge.
Your year round comfort is assured with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.
Bedroom one - The master bedroom has a luxurious king size pillow top sleigh bed, built in TV and ensuite with spa bath and views over the water. Timber bi-folds open to a private insect free deck.
Bedroom two - The second bedroom has an equally luxurious pillow top queen sized bed. This room also has views over the water.
Bedroom three and four - has 2 single beds in each room.
There are two additional single beds in the upstairs 'sitting area'. Which has been set up for the 'kids' (big or little) who want to play games on the Playstation 2.
There are 3 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is a toilet and a bathroom (shower + toilet) in the outside area near the swimming pool.
The property is child friendly with yard and pool fencing, even to the lake & jetty. You can oversee the children in the pool from the kitchen, dining and entertaining areas.
Fish or feed the ducks and swans from the private jetty. You are welcome to bring your own boat. We feed the birds too, so you will get a lovely variety of doves, eastern rosellas, galahs plus many others.
The fantastic new pool is a free form design with horizon edge, 12 meter lap swimming length, 3 different seating positions including wide steps for the kids to play on.
There's a 3 person canoe to play with, plus lots of movies and games.
There's a great park just around the corner with a great kids playground, and walking track.
This house is in a quiet neighbourhood, very private and really well positioned. Short drive to the Theme Parks (5-10 minutes), Golf Courses (15 minutes), Surfers beaches (20 minutes) Harbourtown Outlet Shopping (15 minutes) and Tamborine Mountain (30 minutes), - But hey! - we think when you've done the 'obligatory' tourist stuff, you'll just not bother to go out, but enjoy being in the lovely surroundings of your own private resort. About 1km away there's fab fish & chips, a great Thai restaurant, bakery, liquor store, supermarket, hairdresser & beautician - even a real estate if you fall in love with the area!
