Comfortable & quiet

This 2-storey holiday home is located at the end of a quiet court only one street from the Rhyll foreshore and a short walk down to the beach. It features wonderful ocean and rural views from the open plan living & kitchen area. There is an extensive deck from which to sit and enjoy the sweeping bay views. The upstairs master bedroom also offers superb views. The second bedroom upstairs comprises two single beds. The large bathroom has bathtub, a shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a large, newly created informal room that is nice and cool on hot summer days. A third bedroom downstairs contains a set of bunks and a queen bed. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, iron & ironing board and a second toilet. The back yard is fenced and provides a safe play area for children. There is a hot outdoors shower to rinse off sand after a trip to the beach.

The many attractions of Phillip Island are all within a short drive from Rhyll – these include the magnificent surf beaches to the south, the safety beaches to the north, the renowned Penguin Parade, Seal Rock and the Nobbies, the Koala Reserve, the Wildlife Centre, the Wetlands as well as the bustling shops and cafés of nearby Cowes. With recreational amenities such as the Grand Prix motor racing circuit, the Go Karts, the Golf Course and the outstanding fishing and water sports, Phillip Island has something for everyone. And it’s only 90 minutes by car from Melbourne.
