This architect designed home is ideal for those seeking privacy and style, whilst still being located within the Margaret River wine region. A simple contemporary design is the feature of this home which sleeps up to 8 (4 adults and 4 children), with two Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, large fridge, 6 burner 90cm oven, dishwasher and breakfast bar is the central feature to an open plan living area with separate lounge and dining sections. Reverse Cycle air-conditioning allows you to be cool in summer and warm in winter. DVD, VCR and CD Stereo are also provided for your enjoyment.

The living area opens out to a large decking with 8 piece outdoor setting and gas BBQ. An outdoor hot/cold shower and bath allows guests to enjoy the best of the natural surroundings and a large outdoor sink provides fishing enthusiasts with the perfect place to prepare the evening meal.

Along with a protected swimming beach, Hamelin Bay provides access to world class diving, fishing and surfing, nature trails and forests. The Margaret River region\'s best wineries and galleries are only a short drive away. Boranup forest with its spectacular Karri trees and Caves, is just around the corner.
