This unique property is a perfect home away from home that offers quality living at exceptionally moderate rates in a tranquil & serene natural setting just minutes to town. Distances: Tewantin 7km, Noosaville 10km, Noosa Main Beach 14km.
This reasonably level cul-de-sac 2 acre property is just 400m to beautiful Lake Cooroibah and features a picturesque large dam (lily pond) and borders onto a beautiful & protected Environmental park.
As we do with all our properties, Paradise Gardens is fully priced into the market. Considering all aspects, we believe you will not find better value anywhere else.

We, the owners, Rene & Julie, are occasionally staying at Paradise Gardens (subject to availability), as it is our second base. There are potentially a considerable amount of available extras if we are around, as we do have a good selection of lifestyle toys, such as mountain bikes, kayaks, etc. we are happy to share with responsible guests.
Beyond, we are seasoned travellers and know the area well. So if you need any tips / info... feel free to ask.
Otherwise pls enjoy Noosa & beyond in your own deserved privacy we thoroughly respect.
8 PERSON STAY_ WHOLE HOUSE (effective 14/1/2011). Max 11 persons.
Apologies! We are usually all in favour of clear, straight forward pricing that includes the LOT! Under our normal system, fixed service costs (cleaning, linen, service fees, admin, etc) were absorbed by using a progressive pricing system were short term stays started with higher per night charges that gradually reduced with the length of the stay.
Under the new Stayz pricing system that can no longer be the case, and as such we were forced to separate the fixed service costs into a separate SERVICE FEE.
The new system however has the added benefit that you will receive an instant & accurate cost total at the time of enquiry
followed by a formal quote in our personalized reply asap.
Low >>> Sun - Thu $150pn / Fri & Sat $200pn / Weekly $1150.
Service fee $200 per stay.
Total weekly $1350.
Mid >>> Sun - Thu $200pn / Fri & Sat $250pn / Weekly $1500.
Service fee $200 per stay.
Total weekly $1700
High >>> Sun - Thu $250pn / Fri & Sat $325pn / Weekly $1900.
Service fee $200 per stay.
Total weekly $2100.
Peak >>> Sun - Thu $300pn / Fri & Sat $400pn / Weekly $2300.
Service fee $200 per stay.
Total weekly $2500.

- Extra persons (Pls note that we do operate with an 11 pers maximum stay. Surcharges for extra persons beyond 8 is $20pp/pn, or as per quote.
Low Season: Throughout the year, except for:
Mid Season: Part of Summer School Holidays plus Autumn, Winter & Spring School Holidays QLD, NSW, VIC and long weekends QLD.
High Season: Majority of Summer School Holidays.
Peak Season: New Year & Easter weeks.
Payment methods: Bank Transfer / Stayz Online Payment System (on request) / PayPal (on request). Any payments on arrival (bond, balance, etc) has to be paid in cash as we have no onsite facilities to clear cheques nor credit card payments. Receipts are issued.

We have lived in Byron & Noosa Shires a combined 17 years and just recently moved to a very quiet & leafy hidden sanctuary on the southern Gold Coast.
