This unique property is a perfect home away from home that offers quality living at exceptionally moderate rates in a tranquil & serene natural setting just minutes to town. Distances: Tewantin 7km, Noosaville 10km, Noosa Main Beach 14km.
This reasonably level cul-de-sac 2 acre property is just 400m to beautiful Lake Cooroibah and features a picturesque large dam (lily pond) and borders onto a beautiful environmental park.
Enjoy the relaxing surrounds; watch the wildlife that regularly include kangaroos, kookaburras, kingfishers, ducks, lorikeets & the rest of the wildlife.
As we do with all our properties, Paradise Gardens is fully priced into the market. Considering all aspects, we believe you will not find better value anywhere else.
Paradise Gardens_Dual Living is ideal for groups (retreats, seminaries, etc) or larger families while Paradise Gardens_Apt 1 & 2 are ideal for couples or small families with Kids, preferably over 6yo. The apartments are also attractive for longer-term stays incl. couples/families settling into Noosa that wish to be away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything.

We, the owners, Rene & Julie, are occasionally staying at Paradise Gardens (subject to availability), as it is our second base. There are potentially a considerable amount of available extras if we are around, as we do have a good selection of lifestyle toys, such as mountain bikes, kayaks, etc. we are happy to share with responsible guests.
Beyond, we are seasoned travellers and know the area well. So if you need any tips / info... feel free to ask.
Otherwise pls enjoy Noosa & beyond in your own deserved privacy we thoroughly respect.

The accommodation is clean and attractive, the garden is great with lots of birds and visiting kangaroos - a joy!.Rene and Julie are very friendly and helpful, with a real knowledge of the local area and beyond. Noosa is a fantastic destination, beautiful scenery and beaches, great food and shops. Being Christmas it was very busy so it was good to retreat to the peaceful space of Paradise Gardens."

"Diane and I had a wonderful time at Paradise Gardens, spending two weeks there beginning in late November, 2009. Noosa was in the grip of a drought, so the property was understandably a bit dry--but it couldn't have mattered less. Rene and Julie were wonderful hosts, and even cooked us two memorable dinners. The accommodation is first rate, the location excellent--only about seven minutes to the ocean beach, and about two minutes to the lake beach. Noosa is a paradise. Diane and I would return to Rene and Julie's spot should opportunity return us to Australia."

"My wife, children and I had 3 fantastic weeks in Australia, both in Byron Bay and Noosa. Paradise Gardens in Noosa was especially great with all the amenities required for a long stay. The house itself has 2 large bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen, all nicely decorated. Rene and Julie who own the property were wonderful and they made our stay a great one. Noosa is a brilliant holiday destination which caters for both young and old and offers a wide range of excellent beaches and places of interest. I would recommend Noosa to any couple or family who are planning a trip to Australia. "

"On our tour in Australia, we have stayed for 7 days in "Paradise Gardens" in June 2009. It was a very beautiful place and we have enjoyed it very, very much!! The surroundings are really great! Also the village Tewantin is beautiful and the owners of this "garden", Rene and Julie, are very kind and helpful. In short: If you go to the Sunshine Coast: "Paradise Gardens" is the place to be!!! "This was easily one of the best stays ever anywhere. (EU,VIC,NSW). Rene and Julie got a great place and are very friendly and helpful. Still they respect your privacy when they are around and it felt like the place was ours. Our kids loved to play in the garden which is next to an environmental park resulting in up to 9 kangaroos on the lawn in the afternoons. Shops at 6 km and beaches, national parks in all directions. Plenty of walking, running and cycling opportunities. We will visit again. "

"An absolutely idyllic place to stay. We were there on the Easter weekend when Noosa was crazy and heaving with people and it was just the perfect antidote. The property backs onto virgin bush over looking their large pond with beautiful lilies. When we were having tea in the afternoon the roos would come nibble on the lawn in front. The owners are amazing and the property itself was beautifully furnished and had everything you would need to be self sufficient and a great BBQ to boot. It's a great place to stay if you want to enjoy Noosa and the hinterland but be away from all the craziness of Noosa. Such a relaxing holiday - if the property is available I would recommend - BOOK IT!"

"We spent over a week at Paradise Gardens. It's a great base for exploring Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. The property is spotlessly clean, brand new, bright and airy and wonderfully peaceful. We watched the kingfishers and ducks on the dam from the patio over breakfast. Rene and Julie are great hosts, with loads of local information and resources. The property has everything needed, all the appliances are top quality, it's in a lovely environment, and is in top condition. Highly recommended."
