The Grape Escape is owned by winemakers who have chosen this cosy mudbrick, slate floored cottage as their Escape.
Walk to beach and town, short drive to Penguins and surf beaches. The fully fenced back yard ensures privacy and safety for young children.
*Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 with semi ensuite).
*Natural insulation of mudbrick and reverse cycle airconditioning keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.
*Coonara fire place.
*1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 set of bunks.
* Fully equipped kitchen - just bring food!
*Open plan kitchen, dining and living.
*Bathroom with shower and toilet, plus separate toilet off laundry.
*Fully fenced back yard features established plum and pear trees.

Just a few minutes walk leads you to the calm waters of the famous north facing Cowes Beach - perfect for long walks.

Stroll along the beach to the main street of Cowes where you can enjoy coffee or a meal, whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this seaside village.
A short drive away are the Penguin Parade, fabulous wineries and some of Australia's best surf beaches. The Herald Sun nominated the island's Woolami Beach one of "Victoria's Best Surf Beaches."
The island also boasts Victoria's "Best Rocks - at Cape Woolamai Forrest Caves is a series of caverns where sea has eroded the rocks...at low tide the headlands at Smiths Beach have plenty of rock pools to explore."
Phillip Island is a famous perfect summer getaway - yet the Grape Escape offers an equally relaxing spring time experience - sunny days and crisp nights by the fire with a family game, good book or good friend!
Rates start at $145 pn or $870pw for low season - see rates table below for details. Bring your own bed linen and towels - or these can be hired for $20 per bed per stay.
Special rates apply for sporting events and linen is included for these bookings only.
Minimum 2 night stay or 3 nights during peak period. Weekly stays preferred from Xmas to end January.
We do accept 1 night bookings during the week and outside of peak periods at our discretion, a surcharge of $40 applies to the stated nightly tarriffs.
