Deposit of 30% is required to confirm as per booking form
Cancelation within 24 hours prior to arrival date = 100% of total price
Cancellation 21 days or less prior to arrival in peak season: 50% of total price
21 – 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit
All other cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit

The balcony was lovely and it was so nice just sitting on it watching the water and the sailboats go by. Would recommend this property for a family (with kayaks) or couple getaway. The owners were very accomodating and propert was clean and tidy."
