Lindley on Barkly is a luxurious, very modern apartment.

Accommodation includes 3 king size bedrooms which can all be separated to singles if required, enabling comfortable accommodation for 3 couples or 6 singles. The main bedroom is on the 2nd level with its own bathroom and balcony with St Kilda views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the ground level and share a bathroom which also includes laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). All beds come with luxurious bed linen and quality mattresses encouraging an excellent night’s sleep.

The lounge, kitchen and dining are on the 1st level, also with own balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook and features Franke appliances and stone benches. Dining for 6 overlooks the loungeroom with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD/Foxtel/stereo. Wireless Internet also available.

The fabulous roof top garden provides views over St Kilda. Enjoy a BBQ from this unique position and watch the busy world passing by below.

PLEASE NOTE: This property has a strict NO PARTIES policy. It is close to neighbouring properties, and their right to enjoy their own space must be appreciated.

INDICATIVE TARIFFS

Indicative rates for 5-6 people:
2-3 nights $410pn
4-6 nights $351pn
Weekly $315pn
Monthly $284pn

Rates for 1-2 persons, or 3-4 persons available.
All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
