Northwood House is within walking distance to several popular beaches (800 meters to Whitfords Beach)and 5 min walk to Whitford City Shopping Centre. It is a short drive away from Sorrento Quay/Hillarys Boat Harbour and Australia's biggest underwater aquarium AQWA, where divers and snorkellers can experience the thrill of Perth's waters or catch the ferry to Rottnest Island to swim and see the cute marsupials.

20 to 35 mins drive to a few golf courses. Spend a day at Lancelin to experience the fun and excitement with a ride on the monster desert storm and sand boarding.

To find your way around easy, we can supply you with a satellite navigation system free of charge.

The home is ideal for a large family or group of friends on holiday. It would also suit those who have relocated to Perth and are in the process of looking for permanent accommodation.Two travel cots, baby gate and high chair are available.

Everything is supplied for a very comfortable long or short term stay in Perth during any time of the year.

Configuration and features

Northwood House is a spacious, double storey property which can sleep up to twelve people.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms. Three of these are large rooms furnished with queen sized beds while two are furnished with twin beds.There are two travel cots which will easily fit into any of these rooms if needed. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of which is an ensuite bathroom with a spa bath, shower and separate WC.There is another seperate toilet, and bathroom with a bath and seperate shower.
Downstairs you will find the sixth bedroom with a queen bed along with the third bathroom and toilet, lounge, large games room with a laser leveled pool table, family room, formal and informal dining areas and a spacious kitchen with dish washer, making this a comfortable house for a large group of guests.
There is a large 1.3 meter TV, dvd and video player with a selection of movies to cater for all tastes.
Outside in the back garden is a lovely swimming pool complete with a rock water fall, surrounded by plants and palm trees, out door settings and BBQ.
The house has reverse cycle air conditioning however it is rarely needed because ceiling fans are fitted in most areas of the house and there is usually a lovely, cool sea breeze from the Indian Ocean.

PEAK SEASON

For up to 6 people occupying 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(excluding the bed room with spa/ensuite)

$190/night -minimum stay of 4 nights, maximum of 59 days.
$1330/week
$1225/week for the 2nd week (discounted rate of $175/night)
$480/weekend.
$30/per additional person per night using an extra single bed.$60 if using Q/B

$240/n if Queen Bed room with Spa/ensuite is chosen as one of the three bed rooms(ie,up to 6 people occupying 3 BRs and 3 Bathrooms)

MID SEASON OFFER
May and September
$150 to $190 per night for 6 people using 3 bedrooms.

WINTER SPECIAL for NEW BOOKINGS
For June, July and August (for up to 6 people occupying 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom excluding bed room with spa/ensuite)
$140/night- minimum stay 4 nights and maximum of 59 days
$980/week
$25/per additional person per night using extra single bed.$50 if using Q/B

For those staying for over aweek, there is a change of linen supplied.

For bookings exceeding over a week ,house cleaning fee of minimum $60 per week applies.

*A fully insured station wagon is available with baby seats x2 and satellite navigation system.
