Situated on Victoria's famous and spectacular Great Ocean Road, Tallaringa is a contemporary style beach house that has been recently renovated. It is situated in a bushland
setting with views of the ocean. The house can be many things to many people or the intimacy of sharing with
your partner.

The House

The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 single bed, 1 twin
bed and a 4 bunk bedroom. There's a fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven, electric oven and cook-top, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. The living and dining areas are spacious and the house has a large exterior deck with ocean views through the trees and plenty of off-street parking.

Other amenities include a gas BBQ, iron, ironing board, washing machine, TV, Video, DVD and CD player. The living area has a large open fireplace, there are individual heaters
for each bedroom and electric strip heaters are fitted in the bathrooms. There is also a large electric heater in
hall.

Things to Do

At Anglesea the bush meets the ocean. There are spectacular views, clean sandy beaches, nature walks, picnic areas, sporting facilities close by and local restaurants and shops.

The house is situated about 15 minutes walk to Point Roadknight beach and less than 30 minutes walk to the main surf beach at Anglesea.
