Stroll to the 1st tee for a round of golf or use the golf club house, which is only 100 meters away, for a quiet drink or for an evening meal at their premier restaurant. For the golfer, Tuggerah Lakes Golf Course is a championship 18-hole course and is accessible to visiting members or for social players. Close to the Entrance, Blue Bay & Tuggerah Lakes, all well known for their fishing and aquatic sports. Shelly Beach is a patrolled beach with the best surf south of The Entrance.

The lovely house contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an extra water closet outside. There are 2 TV’s, single-car carport and external laundry. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with separate water closet, are located upstairs. The living area includes TV/DVD/video/CD Player/Sound System/dining/kitchen area and outside deck. Upstairs living maximizes views and permits full ventilation of living areas.

The downstairs apartment includes kitchen, bathroom, pool table, TV and bedroom.
