The Haven

‘The Haven’ is your home-away-from home, a gorgeous and welcoming three bedroom cottage set in cute leafy garden adjoining a nature reserve. It's a few minutes stroll to secluded Tallow Beach at Byron Bay, and a walk or 5 min drive to town centre for all the buzz of Byron.

This very peaceful location is close to all the fun of Byron Bay including markets, cafes, beaches and rainforest. It's just a few minutes walk to the coastal Arakwal National Park and if you’re feeling energetic, walk through the rainforest up to the lighthouse.

Rest and recharge

The Haven belongs to a Byron Bay writer who has put lots of TLC into this special house. Freshly painted throughout with all the comforts you need for a holiday: large open and undercover decks, teak outdoor furniture, barbecue, stereo, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, huge holiday reading library, Pictionary, Scrabble.

There are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pure cotton sheets, new gourmet kitchen with with granite benchtops, Smeg gas cookware, dishwasher, huge fridge and grand antique farmhouse kitchen table perfect for big feasts. Out on the spacious decks there is a barbecue, outdoor furniture and teak deckchairs where you can relax and take in the sun and the tropical garden.

Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions are available on inquiry. The main ones include:
Deposit of 30% required to secure the booking.
Balance of the rental amount plus bond must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy.
Maximum of 6 guests
Guests must maintain the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood at all times.
Parties and functions are strictly not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
