Amberlyn is a large unique home situated on acres and built in 1999. We are only minutes from the best beaches in New South Wales and the lush rainforest of the Central Coast. The Amberlyn executive suite is part of, but a completely self contained area of the house.

Your self-contained and air conditioned suite is immaculate, perfectly presented and contains all the modern comforts and conveniences that discerning guests demand of their accommodation.

Your tarrif includes a breakfast basket that typically contains fresh seasonal fruit, a variety of cereals, muesli, orange juice, milk, croissants or fresh bread and jams, tea and plunger coffee. Variations to the breakfast basket to accommodate our guests’ preferences or dietary requirements are possible on request.

We are also just 500m from The Bells and can provide executive accomodation for those attending functions there.

The Amberlyn suite is spacious, fully self-contained, well appointed and tastefully decorated. You will appreciate your own private access, separate from the main house that allows you to come and go without restriction.

The cultivated gardens and adjoining Bouddi National Park attract an abundance of bird and animal wildlife to the delight of our guests. Take a boat trip on Brisbane Water, a dip in the surf, play a round of golf, or spend time meandering around the local markets soaking up the atmosphere, watching the pelicans at nearby Woy Woy, or just take a relaxing stroll along the many coastal tracks. These are a few of the very many ways to enjoy the area.

The area also caters well for those wishing to dine locally, with a handful of casual boutique style lunchtime eateries and top-notch restaurants within a few minutes drive. These include The Bells, Yum Yum Eatery, Lizzotes, The Fat Goose, Hardys Bay RSL and the Empire Bay Tavern. The Old Killcare Store at Hardy's Bay offers a range of food services from coffee alfresco, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
