Description

This classic 1950's beach house is located in the small coastal village of Myola. Often called were the bush meets the beach This is found at the very southern end of Callala Beach.

Enjoy the local wildlife - kangaroos, possums,and lots of birdlife.


NOTE the beach is at the end of the street ( 4 min walk )
also the river is a 1min walk from the front gate !!


This beach house is small but cute and is set amongst a lovely bush back drop , it has 2 bedrooms, lounge room, eat in kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. It has a lovely covered in rear verandah with table and chairs for alfresco dining. BBQ also included.
The property is fully fenced providing a safe environment for all children...lots of room for ball games.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with wardrobe and tallboy an also a tv. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 sets of bunks 1 set with a double bed on the bottom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room.

**kids we have nintendo and games for you to play with while mum and dad chill out on the deck**

The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave or you could cook dinner on the BBQ provided.
Lounge room has TV, Video and DVD player and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

Local Area

Callala beach is only a stones throw away from the house, but you also have the option to drive to the middle of Callala beach where the general store is located with a outside coffe shop. Callala beach shops also have a pizza shop and a great fish and chip shop. Just the perfect lunch to take across the road to the beach.
** THERE IS ALSO THE LOCAL RSL CLUB**

Callala Bay is only a 5 mins drive and has the Bayside Shopping village which includes:
