This 2 storey self-contained offers excellent ocean views from both levels.

Ground floor consists of:
-Kitchen and Meals area. We provide 2 family sized fridge/freezers, plus a 'drinks' fridge in the shed and a bar fridge upstairs.

-Reverse cycle Air conditioned Family Living area

-Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite.

- Queen Bedroom

-Laundry with separate toilet

Second storey consists of:
-2 Queen bedrooms - each includes a single bed as well. Great for multiple families enjoying a holiday together.

-2 Single bedrooms with bunks

-Large Family reverse cycle air- conditioned Living area opening onto the balcony

- 2 x Column Oil heaters & fans in all bedrooms.

Small back garden with lawn & large paved area.

Large shed converted to a games room, with TV, drinks fridge, table tennis, dart board and more.

Outdoor table/chairs and gas BBQ.

Pets are not allowed inside the home, but are allowed in the games room where 2 dog beds are supplied.
There are 2 outside Dog kennels and water and food bowls are supplied.
