Upstairs - 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, 2nd living area (great for the kids) and main bathroom with full size bath.

Features include - 2xT.V, 2xDVD/Video, Stereo/CD Player, board games, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, aircon/heating, BBQ, outdoor setting & double lock-up garage.

*PLEASE NOTE - NO boats or trailers (for cars/bikes/boats) can be accommodated at this property!


~CANCELLATIONS~ please read.....

All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% deposit, cancellations within 72 hours of arrival forfeit full tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 50% of the full tariff amount will be refunded.(peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund). If credit card security is not available at time of check-in a $500 cash bond is required, this is refunded after satisfactory inspection on departure.

PLEASE NOTE - Check-in is between 2-5:30pm, after hours check-in attracts a $25.00 call out fee. No check-ins after 7pm unless by prior arrangement.

Sleeping Configuration

Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed (1xdouble, 1xsingle bed)

All bedding is supplied which includes 4 pillows per QB, 2 per DB and 1 per SB, doonas, doona covers and blankets.

Linen hire is a requirement and is dependant on the beds required and will be added to the tariff amount.
Linen packs include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats & tea towels.(To keep linen costs low, linen is neatly folded and placed at the foot of required beds, beds are not made, beds can be made for an additional cost of $20).
