PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

An ideal house for 2 small families to share. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and living area on each level.
Both spacious living areas have large windows to take full advantage of the glorious views. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.
All 4 bedrooms are large with built in robes and plenty of storage space. Single beds are individual beds NOT bunks.
Both bathrooms have baths [spa bath upstairs], separate showers and heated towel rails.
The extensive garden area is fenced and there is a large lawn area. Two large dog kennels are provided
The property has a double carport.
