Addison is a stunning, 4.5 star rated, architect designed apartment situated in one of Elwood's finest tree lined streets - a stroll away from the beach, Elwood Village cafes, and a short distance from cosmopolitan St Kilda.

Addison comprises an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms with built in robes and plush carpet - the master with Queen size bed and ensuite, and second bedroom with two single beds. The stylish main bathroom is complete with a deep bath. A stainless steel and stone kitchen with Miele appliances, including dishwasher is adjacent to the dining area which seats eight.

The spacious open plan living room with timber flooring opens to a large, private outdoor balcony perfect for alfresco dining.Other features include LCD TV with Foxtel (Cable) and Bose stereo/DVD/CD player, second LCD TV in master bedroom, separate European style laundry with Miele washer and dryer, reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, security entrance with intercom, and secure parking for 2 cars.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
