Welcome to Orions Lookout Luxury accommodation in Jervis Bay. Orions Lookout is a 5- 6 Bedroom architecturally designed house. Located in Vincentia, Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, only 2h & 30 min out of Sydney.
Beautifully finished in rich timbers, limestone and plate glass windows, fantastic heated spa pool & close to Vincentia Golf Club.
Bring your boat - great fishing. Five amazing beaches adjoining Orion's beach. Orion's Lookout is an oasis, home away from home. You can walk From Orion's Beach to Hyams Beach.
Orion's Lookout offers views over Orions Beach which is across the road.
Ultra modern and stylish accommodation that's perfect for the ultimate romantic escape or intimate groups or for families to enjoy. Orion's Lookout sleeps up to 16 people.
Five main bedrooms boasting balconies opening onto large decks. One ensuite & two bathrooms all with luxurious spas. Quality designer furnishings, wood fireplace, R/C air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, Austar and Table Tennis.
If you don't feel like leaving home there is a secure backyard on landscaped gardens safe for children and pets to play, which features large entertaining deck with BBQ and 8 person heated plunge pool/spa.
Orion's Lookout only for holiday accomodation and not for private use.
Ground level floor plan - includes 2 bedrooms + kitchen, bathroom & large rumpus/living area (sleeps 6 people) .
Ground Level includes:
1 x Queen bed
2 x Single beds (can join to make King bed)
2 x Single beds in rumpus/living room (can join to make King bed)
Level 1 floor plan - includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living/dining area + studio room with combined bedroom/living area & ensuite. (sleeps 8 and 2 in the loft)
Level 1 includes:
1 x King bed
2 x Queen beds
1 x Single bed
1 x Single trundle bed
1 x Double bed in Loft
Pricing is for 12 people, $100 extra per person more than 12 people.

Lease Agreements must be signed & returned before checking in.
Bookings ARE NOT confirmed until 50% deposit is made.
Late checkout can be made with prior arrangement. It may incur an extra cost.
In pricing 2 nights weekends or weekdays are either $1550 or $1750 depending on how many occupants and time of year plus linen & cleaning
Orion's Lookout is pet friendly. Please discuss when booking.
Orion's only takes minimum 5- 7 nights bookings in December & January unless not booked closer to that time.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
