Description

Located a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade and Cowes, in the lovely quiet area of Ventnor, this holiday house sleeps 10. Comprising 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 x queen, 1 x double, one with 2 bunks (4) and a rumpus room downstairs with a sofa bed. Plenty of room for kids to run around and adults to relax. We also have lovely water views from the balcony.

Includes kitchen facilities upstairs, a large living area with a TV, DVD and stereo, and a balcony with outdoor table and a BBQ. Downstairs is a rumpus room with a wood heater, and in the back yard there is a swing set for kids.

Tenants are required to supply their own linen for the duration of their stay (sheets, doona covers, pillow cases and towels). Pillows and doonas are supplied.

Off peak rate $150/night - min 2 night stay.

Room and facilities for 2 large families!

Including a Rinnai endless hot water system that caters for the largest of groups. A large fridge upstairs and a separate large drinks fridge downstairs.

There is a 68cm TV in the living room upstairs including a DVD/CD player and stereo system. There are also two portable TV's in the two main bedrooms. Downstairs in the rumpus room there is another 51cm and a DVD player which is perfect for the kids. Free-to-air reception is great for all main Melbourne channels.

Bonnie View also has a foosball (table soccer) table downstairs in the rumpus room for hours of competitive fun!

Pet and Kid friendly!

Although there are no fences on the property, we don't mind having your pets come to stay. Downstairs is fully tiled and easy to clean.

We also have a child gate available that can be placed at the top of the stairs for the duration of your stay. This helps to keep the kids upstairs and the pets downstairs! :)
