RELAX when you arrive to our light, airy, sunny beach house. Filled with local artists paintings to create a stunning appeal.
The two bedrooms can accomodate two couples or a family with three children. Sofa beds and extra beds available on request.
Lots of room for relaxation in the comfortable lounge room with TV and DVD with in house movies. Spill onto the verandah from the kitchen/dining area to enjoy the sky as the sun sets or walk to the beach for a really spectacular view of the day closing.
Keep cool in the Summer with the split system air-conditioner. and warm in the Winter with lots of heating to keep you cosy.
WALK TO
Only a stones throw (that's three minutes walk), to the best kept secret when it comes to ocean beaches on the Peninsula. Long beaches for walking and great surfing year round. Whales migrate past in the Winter!! Like to fish? Walk to one of the best surf fishing spots around. Also walk to tennis courts and children's playground.
SHORT DRIVE
In the car and you'll be at some of Australia's top GOLF COURSES within minutes. WINERIES are perfect places for lunching and we can direct you to some more well kept secrets there!!! PENINSULA HOT SPRINGS beckons after a day of play and they are open into the evening for the perfect wind down - again only a few minutes drive. Shallow and safe swimming? The Bay is 7 mins away. Get your SHOPPING in while you are there. Dreamed of HORSERIDING on the beach? Make it reality. Like the sound of SORRENTO? 15 minutes and you'll be there. BUSHWALKING in bush, dunes, beach. Visit Point Nepean (the very tip of the Peninsula). Swim with the DOLPHINS in the Bay. This house has the PERFECT POSITION for all this.
