Thank you so much, we had such a wonderful relaxing break. The cottage is lovely and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It did rain a bit for the last couple of days, but the deck is perfect for just hanging out, rain or shine, plus the local bunnies and kangaroos chose that day to visit the backyard, which was great.

hi cheryl, I know this has been a long time coming, but better late than never. All was great at the cottage, had a relaxing time and found the house very comfortable. The kangaroos were a great touch, well organised, they seemed very much at home. The little fellow and our dog were very comfortable and had no complaints. Congratulations on offering a great holiday accomadation. Would definitely come back. cheers Craig E

  • "The retro cottage was an absolute delight to stay in. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the cottage because it has been renovated to feel like a 5 star resort. My dog especially enjoyed the huge backyard and the garden and balcony area was great for BBQ's and relaxing with a bottle of wine. It was great seeing the kangaroos at the front of the cottage and I can't wait to stay there again!"

We also really appreciated the fact that all the sorts of things that we normally have at home were all there for us to use - things like salt, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, games and books and so forth - which we thought was very thoughful and considered. The cottage is in a great area and close to lots of places to hang out and enjoy. We had a very relaxing time. The booking process was easy. The owner was very helpful in leaving maps, guides, additional instructions and contact numbers. Recommended."

  • "My husband and I stayed at My Retro Cottage for the first time and we were thoroughly delighted with it. The cottage is very tastefully decorated as well as being comfortale and homely. We particulary loved the large covered in deck on the back of the house as it was very hot. Its only a 10 minute drive to Vincentia and Huskisson if you feel like a change of scenry but in all honesty you don't really need to go anywhere as you are well and truly catered for. We thank Cheryl for allowing pets but mostly for allowing us to stay. We will definately book here again."
