Overlooking Lake Saide, a pristine natural water reserve, the property offers seclusion and privacy. The property is midway between Albany and Denmark.
The beautiful Lowlands Beach is 10 minutes drive, with Cosy Corner and the stunning Torbay coast just 15 minutes away.
Ideal for simply chilling out, whale watching, fishing, swimming and long walks. Take advantage of the many wineries and cultural activities this wonderful part of the country has to offer or curl up by the fire on those cool south coastal nights. Avoid the sweltering Perth heat - our summers are usually mild with lovely cool nights. There are beautiful views from every window - your own private sanctuary.
Please note...because this is a wildlife sanctuary and a breeding area for black swans, long necked tortoises, etc, leave your dogs or cats at home.
Respectful young people/LEAVERS welcome - a perfect setting to chill with friends.
Winter warmers ... May until mid September (excl public/school holidays) - stay 4 get the fifth night free or stay 7 get an additional 2 nights free.
Perfect for a large group gathering- spacious indoor and outdoor areas. All linen provided (sheets, pillows, warm quilts, electric blankets on queen sized beds, towels and tea towels). NB. Additional nightly rates are applicable for larger groups (ie. over 4 guests).
Full payment is required to confirm the bookings. If cancellation is requested:
1 month prior - Refund of amount paid less $250-
If less than 30 days notice is provided, there will be no refund unless another booking can be secured. In the event of another booking, refund will be the amount paid less $250-
A bond may be charged.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATES ARE APPLICABLE FOR LARGE GROUPS (ie. over 4 people).

Jan 2012. What a lovely house in an amazing part of Western Australia. We snorkelled Dunsky Bay and Madfish Bay. Relaxed at Green's Pool. Surfed and fished at Dingo Bay and spent evenings at Shelley Beach in West Cape Howe NP. We all climbed Bluff Knoll in the Stirling Ranges. Loved the frogs and saw 2 long necked tortoises. A great family getaway that will not be forgotten. Thank you very much. S Family, Bunbury

3rd bedroom has 2 single beds
4th bedroom has 1 single bed (and 1 folda bed suitable for the smallest person! Plus there are 2 single mattresses - guests need to bring their own linen/sleeping bags for the spare mattresses. Plenty of spare pillows)
Plus double folda bed in lounge (bring your own sleeping bag/linen)
