Situated on the major tourist route of South Coast Road, immediately opposite the Seal Bay Road, Kaiwarra is the closest accommodation to the Seal Bay National Park.
An ideal base for visiting Little Sahara, Kelly Hill Caves, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and Flinders Chase National Park. Ten minutes drive to the fabulous Vivonne Bay beach for surfing, fishing, fun golf and other attractions.
Kaiwarra Cottages are a group of self contained cabins on 35 acres of land, in a tranquil rural setting nestled amongst native gum trees and a winter lagoon. Water birds, wild flowers and native animals are on your doorstep depending on the season.

The resort also features a cosy 5-bedroom house licensed for backpacker accommodation. Dorm beds and double rooms are available.
The backpacker features a shared: toilet, 2 showers, kitchen with cooking facilities, lounge with fireplace and Austar TV.

Our In-House Restaurant

The Cottages are adjacent to the Kaiwarra Food Barn, a fully licensed restaurant and cafe, licensed for up to 230 people.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a large variety of meals. Menu includes: Seafood, Baguettes, Local Cheeses, Home-Made Dishes and Pastries.
