Guest Reviews

  • "A beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need (owners have obviously read previous feedback and addressed all negatives). Complimenting the cottage was a sublime garden in full bloom - we took as many photos of the cottage and garden as at the wedding that was the reason for our visit. We wish we could have stayed longer - it would have been great for our children. Highly recommended!"

  • "We had a great family time in this delightful cottage. It had very comfortable facilities and was a warm and cosy place for a winter break. "

  • "Great little cottage in a good location but we were very disappointed that it was not as clean as we would have expected. It was not easy to wash up without detergent and tea towels. This cottage has so much potential if it were given some TLC."

  • "A beautiful cottage with truly stunning large garden (note it is not fully fenced). I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the location and lovely light space. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere but has a pub with a good dinner on the river, a 3 minute walk down the road and a general store with everything. What else do you need really?"

  • "Good location, great ambiance, clean and well presented. A quiet & restful holiday. The only downside was a poor hot water supply to the shower."
