Spring Tide: A very neat and comfortable home set only 400 metres from the Barwon River & Ocean Grove golf course. The home is air conditioned both upstairs and down, and gas heating provides for a warm and cozy house in the colder months.

Golf clubs, a fully equipped games room and a welcoming back yard with undercover al fresco dining are just some of the reasons why this home is the most popular in Ocean Grove. This ‘family bonding house’ is jam packed with extras so that everyone from babies to the elderly can be entertained in the comfort of the house. DVD’s and ample movies, new magazines, toys, board games, 3 televisions, luxury reclining leather lounges & a welcoming feel are just features of this popular retreat.

A king bed provides extra comfort in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 single beds (bunks) and a full size cot (rather than a port a cot) There are 2 sofa beds downstairs - one in the main living area and other in a rear porch that can be converted to a tucked away sleeping area. A high chair, mini table and chairs for the kids, & built in stair gates at the top and bottom allow for a child friendly home.

Ebb Tide: An affordable holiday house – fancy a beach holiday in a fun, neat and tidy home, close to everything for UNDER MOTEL RATES? This home is located right next door to Spring Tide, so it’s only 400 metres from the Barwon River & Ocean Grove golf course. The home is air conditioned throughout, and gas heating provides for a warm and cozy house in the colder months.

This is a budget style home packed with extras: the shed is converted to a games room with 2 motorized arcade ride on toys (1 x car, 1 x turtle), plus an 80’s style arcade machine for the over 8’s. A dart board, surfboards, prams, full size pool table & ample smaller games, beach toys, balls and outside sporting equipment makes for a fun shed to explore for all.

A king size bed is located in the main bedroom. 2 single beds (bunks) and a sofa bed are located in the rear bedroom, and a full size cot (currently located in the main bedroom) & port a cot make this home suitable for a family or 2 couples.

A fully enclosed and welcoming back yard with designated playground with lots of slides, tunnel, cubby, sand pit and toys are a feature that makes this holiday home special. Pets are also welcome, with 2 kennels & we ask that you let us know if your pet will be inside the house so that we can arrange for carpets to be steam cleaned during the changeover period.

2 outdoor eating areas (one in backyard, one in front yard) provide for relaxation, or perhaps a quiet lay down in the hammock or on the banana lounges while watching the kids or pets run around.

Ebb Tide is a neat and clean home that children adore, and that couples appreciate, relax and unwind. This is a house that offers a affordable accommodation and close to many walking spots, the golf course, the Barwon River, the shopping centre, eateries (200 metres) and the beautiful Blue Waters Lake.

Pets are welcome here at Spring Tide Family House & Ebb Tide Cottage. A fully enclosed large backyard, dog kennel and sleeping mat are provided but kept discrete if you do not have a pet. If your pet is an inside pet, please let us know prior to arrival so that we can organize to steam clean the carpets as part of our changeover process.

Ebb Tide Cottage's big sister is Spring Tide Family House, and Spring Tide's big sister is King Tide Townhouse – a luxurious 4.5 star townhouse in Ocean Grove and only 200 metres from the main surf beach. We upgrade our Ebb Tide/Spring Tide guests into Spring Tide/King Tide where possible at no charge! Spring Tide/King Tide must be available at the time, and last minute notification & permission from you is required prior to the upgrade. Because after all, you might want to stay at the home of your choice from the outset, especially if you want the bigger back yard of Ebb Tide or the games room that Spring Tide offers.

What else do we offer? If it’s colder weather, we’ll happily bring over extra entertainment for you, need another pram, or maybe a babysitter or massuse? We can also stock your fridge with a hearty lasagna or other home cooked meal from The Groove just 200 metres from the house. Early check in and late check are part of the norm, just so long as there are no back to back bookings.
