We are within walking distance to an 18 hole Golf course, squash and recreation centre. The Kempsey Powerhouse Motel is set back from the highway on five acres of bushland with native birds and resident kangaroos.

Restaurant and Bar at Kempsey Powerhouse Motel

Our Motel has a fully licensed restaurant called The Lantern Inn, open Monday-Saturday. There is also a cocktail bar and a unique disco dance floor which is also open to the public. Special functions can be catered for.

Facilities at Kempsey Powerhouse Motel

Most of our units have queen-size beds while four have twin single beds. Two of the units have private spa baths and VCRs. There are two family units which have two rooms accommodating up to six people. Disabled guests are catered for.

Units are air conditioned with tea/coffee making, toaster, refrigerator, direct dial phone, internet connection, photocopy service, clock radio, hairdryer, colour TV and videos, inground pool, plus BBQ and guest laundry with iron and ironing board. Cribs are available on request. We also offer room service from our restaurant.

Free parking is available for cars, trucks and RVs. We also have meeting and banquet facilities.
