  • "Loved our stay here. So different and what a beautiful change away from the citylife. Flossie is so playful and our 3 girls spent nearly half an hour saying goodbye. Loved watching the 2 red breasted birds play in the bushes just outside the house, and the bed was more comfortable than our own. friendly hosts. thankyou. serena, peter, jen, doobs, and katie."

  • "Thanks so much to Lesley and William for the very warm welcome we received at Penrose Cottage. The location is just beautiful, and the cottage so cosy and inviting. Flossy (the pr dog) done a fantastic job too - she is adorable. We have stayed at many properties from the stayz.com website - this has been our favorite yet. What a find!"

  • "Our stay at Penrose Cottage was fantastic. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the farm and the kids loved feeding the animals and playing with the dogs. The owners were lovely and very helpful in every way. We would definately stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any one."
