The villa can accommodate 11 persons but there is an additional per person/per night charge in excess of 8. If you need to accommodate more than 11 people, ask about our sister property located almost next door!

ACTIVITIES
OUTDOORS:
Apart from tennis and golf, the beach, pool and spa are a mere stroll away. A booklet listing some of the many attractions that Coffs Harbour has to offer will be in the villa.
INDOORS:
Rainy day? There are still plenty of activities to enjoy. Board games are available in the villa. Relax in comfort with a wide variety of viewing available on Austar. The games room located in the resort is only 300m from the villa (gold coins required).
INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Opal Sands is self contained/self catering. Linen is supplied except for cot and beach towels.. Linen changed on request - charges apply.
The villa is equipped with start up ameneties thereafter all consumables are the guest responsibility.
Opal Sands Villa Tariffs are for a MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE based on: 4 adults & 4 children (can accommodate up to 11 with an extra bedding and/or per person/per night charge) Minimum stays are 2 nights; 3 nights in NSW School Holidays and 7 nights Peak/Christmas.
PAYMENT: Full payment is required prior to arrival. This can be via direct deposit (EFT), cheque or credit card (credit card surcharge may apply). One night's tariff is required to secure your booking.
BOND: There is a bond of $300. If you are paying by EFT or cheque, the bond is required with final payment. If you are paying by credit card, your card is used as surety ie not actually charged unless necessary. Any bond paid is refundable within 72 hrs of your departure, provided the villa is left in a satisfactory state and that no damage is found to the villa or its contents. Guests are requested in particular to restore the kitchen/cooking/BBQ facilities to the same standard they found them. Guests are to dispose of garbage in bins provided in the regulatory manner. Guests are asked not to consume meals whilst seated on lounges or in bedrooms. Any additional cleaning or laundry/dry cleaning as consequence of the above will be deducted from bond.

CHECK OUT: 10.00am
Earlier checkin and later checkout may be offered at no charge subject to other bookings.
TELEPHONE: No telephone is available within the villa, guests are encouraged to bring mobile phones. A public telephone is available in the Opal Cove Resort lobby.
PETS: In accordance with strata management policy no pets are allowed within the villa or strata grounds.
SMOKING: Guests are asked not to smoke in the villa, please use the outside undercover area. Ashtrays are supplied and expected to be emptied prior to departure.
PARKING: There is strictly NO PARKING kerbside in Shearwater Place. This villa can accommodate off street parking for up to 4 vechicles. Any additional vehicles of guests or their visitors are not permitted to park outside the villa in Shearwater Place and MUST use the resort overflow carpark.
CANCELLATION: Refunds of deposits will not be given for cancellations but may be utilised for rebooking. Alternative booking dates will be considered in line with vacancies. Current rates will apply to rebooking.
