The Pavilion Beach House is an architecturally designed, spacious home with a fully equipped kitchen, extra large living rooms, games room, swimming pool and a huge
master bedroom complete with double shower and spa.

The Pavilion Beach House is designed for the ultimate beach holiday catering for those who want to do everything or for those who just want to relax and unwind. It is conveniently located to all Rainbow Beach has to offer, whilst providing a private and tranquil holiday.

Wake up to the sounds of the sea and the birds, and take an early morning stroll down the private beach track to the beautiful white sands of Rainbow Beach. Enjoy a surf, swim, walk or fish on this pristine, traffic free beach. You may prefer to wander down to collect the morning paper and enjoy a cappucino or gourmet breakfast at the nearby cafe / restaurant.

In the afternoon, relax back at the 'Beach House', subathe by the pool, make use of the spacious indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, or the fabulous games room - complete with pool table, and bar area. Enjoy an evening BBQ on the private deck or stroll to the wonderful restaurant close by for a delicious meal in beautiful, tropical surroundings.

House Facilities

Large, spacious Master Bedroom has queen size double bed, and walk in robe. Ensuite bathroom has double spa and double shower.

2'nd bedroom has 2 single beds and cupboards

Bedroom 3 has a double lower and single upper bunk as well as 1 single.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed.

Main living area is open plan Kitchen, Dining, Parents lounge with TV, together with a separate relaxation area with lounge and futon. Kitchen is well appointed with all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven etc.

Play room has 1 fold away lounge bed, bar area , TV, pool table, childrens puzzles and games, toys, books etc

Attractions

From Rainbow Beach town to beyond the Pavilion Beach House area, the beach is designated and controlled traffic free, and consequently is perfect for family beach time, surfing, fishing etc.

The beach either side of this area hosts some of the best beach 4 wheel driving Australia has to offer. Just 8 km North on the beach to the Fraser Island barge, and 40 km South past attractions like the coloured sands in the Cooloola National Park area to Noosa, 4 wheel driving and sightseeing opportunities are endless.

The town of Rainbow Beach has many restaurants, sporting facilities and all other amenities, whilst the Pavilion Beach House is a short walk to a 5 star restaurant and convenience store.
