Privacy and security is a feature with double lock up garage, fully enclosed landscaped backyard, playground and BBQ area and entertaining deck with stunning views. Walk out the door and stroll down to be the beach, boat ramp and water sports. Secure boat storage available on premises.

These 3 bedroom Townhouses can sleep 6-7 and includes Master Bedroom with walk in robes and ensuite.

Bedroom features include:

·Main Bedroom (upstairs)- Queen Sized Bed, walk in robes in some Units, ensuite and separate Powder room

·Bedroom 2(downstairs)- Queen Sized Bed

·Bedroom 3 (downstairs)– Combination of Bunks and single bed to suit your needs

All bedding is supplied which includes 4 pillows per QB and 1 pillow per SB, doonas, sheets, pillowcases.
Please bring your own Bath Towels and handtowels. Bath mats are included.

The fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas through to the outdoor entertaining deck.

Melbourne Food & Wine Festival comes to Phillip Island March '12

From March 2-21st food and wine lovers indulge in Phillip Island events endorsed as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2012, which will celebrate its 20th Year in 2012.

The Festival in March, will showcase the very things that make Phillip Island a gastronomic playground. Small producers raise highland cattle and other accredited environmental beef. Abalone and crayfish are caught professionally off the coast while amateurs flock to Westernport for fine-fleshed whiting and flathead. Phillip Island stamps its own in this great state.

Why Phillip Island?

Located 140 km's from Melbourne CBD, more than 3 million people visit each year - and a must see is the Penguin Parade, showcased on Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure aired in the United States, Australia and elsewhere.

The daily Penguin Parade at the Phillip Island nature park occurs at about 9pm throughout Summer.
Visit the Knobbies, the park's spectacular boardwalk path along the natural sea bird gardens of the headland.
For one long weekend in October, the Grand Prix circuit becomes a sprawling temporary city for the Aust Motorcycle Grand Prix. The rest of the year it hosts various automotive activities including go-carts and hot laps with an experienced race driver. There is even slot car racing!

The units are very comfortable and spacious. The views are amazing, and it's just a short walk to a very peaceful part of beach. I look forward to staying again some time. "

Living area upstairs had great views and the balconies were a lovely place to relax. We loved having our puppy there with us - and he loved the beach just a short walk away. Beds dangerously comfortable! Wanted to stay there all day. Would recommend for sure."

The only disappointment was the outdoor table setting was rusted and covered in mould and not a nice place to sit, so that we didn't get to take advantage of the lovely north facing balcony. Please replace it and we'll be back."

  • "Stayed the weekend of feb 4,5 and left on the 6th. Was the only weekend this summer that rained all the way through; very miserable weather for a beach weekend away. All was redeemed by this place. It is awesome. Great place to catch up with a few mates/relatives and have a drink. Comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything and it's a 2 minute drive from the shops. The days we did leave the comfort of the townhouse we had a nice stroll down Cowes main street. Really recommend it."

  • "Just what we were after for our four day mini break. The location is only a short drive from the main shops and cafes with the beach an easy walk away. Even though we were there in the middle of winter the weather was kind to us and we did have the opportunity for a walk along the beach. Our four days allowed us to cover lot of the attractions on Phillip Island and then return to our �home away from home� to relax and unwind, exactly what we were looking for. A slight problem on the first night was quickly rectified by Lisa who was more than pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend 340 Church Street as the place to stay when visiting Cowes."
