The townhouses are all privately owned and designed with your comfort in mind. Escape together for a relaxing getaway, with family, or friends.
Privacy and security is a feature of each townhouse with double lock up garage, fully enclosed landscaped backyard, and entertaining deck with stunning views. There is a communal playground and gas BBQ area with gazebo for the tenants of the six townhouses to enjoy.
Walk out the door and stroll down to the beach, boat ramp and water sports. Secure boat storage is also available on the property
Cafes, restaurants and shopping a short distance away.

Each townhouse features reverse cycle heating and cooling and boast 3 spacious bedrooms.
A fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas through to the outdoor entertaining deck with table and chairs to soak up the sea air.
Kitchen appliances include oven, dishwasher and cook top.
Also included are a Plasma TV'a with DVD and other amenities include a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board & iron. A spacious, secure, remote controlled double garage is available for your use.

Cowes is the major resort town on famous Phillip Island, located 140 km's from Melbourne CBD. More than 3 million people visit Phillip Island every year featuring the iconic Penguin Parade, showcased on Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure recently aired in the United States, Australia and around the world. The daily Penguin Parade at the Phillip Island nature park occurs all year round and at about 9pm throughout Summer.
Phillip Island farmers produce some of the best beef in the nation, from highland cattle to accredited environmentally sustainable British-breed beef. The fishing fleet at San Remo fishes the coastal waters for superb white-fleshed fish, crayfish and abalone. With some great restaurants, artisan brewers and a heritage farm at adjacent Churchill Island, this is a compact family-friendly destination.
Other features to visit include the landmark Knobbies region, the park's spectacular boardwalk path along the natural sea bird gardens of the headland.
For one long weekend in October, the Grand Prix circuit becomes a sprawling temporary city for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. The rest of the year it hosts various automotive activities including go-carts and hot laps with an experienced race driver. There is even slot car racing!
