*The ‘from’ rate shown on Stayz is the starting rate for stays of longer than 28 nights. We have very dynamic rates which vary considerably depending on length of stay and time of year. There is no facility on this website to show this in full. Please submit an enquiry for an accurate quote.

Napier Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Upon request the queen bed can be made into 2 single beds. There is a brand new bathroom with shower and vanity and is also equipped with a washing machine.

The kitchen is also brand new and is well equipped for guests who like to cook. The comfortable airconditioned living area offers a LCD television with DVD player and the large glass doors open out onto the lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a barbecue. Wireless broadband makes it easy to keep in touch with friends or business, and local calls are also included.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by our Managing Director, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement. We just add $40 per week for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of our pet guests leave us a little bit of extra cleaning!

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
