Downstairs includes two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and second with a set of bunks and a single bed. The double bedroom has direct access to the bathroom.

Cooking is a breeze in the well set-up kitchen that includes all modern conveniences.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Two minute easy flat walk to the beach where you have the grassed children's playground and (gas) barbeque area on the way to a clean white expansive beach.

Only a short 5 minute drive to the popular Capel Vale Winery for morning/afternoon teas or that special lunch. The small town of Capel and the Capel Golf Course is also nearby.

For a little more shopping or more activities, why not drive a further 15 minutes to Busselton - well set up to cater for all the tourists' needs. The popular Margaret River area is less than an hour away.
