Our spacious three bedroom north/east/west facing executive apartment offers a quality lifestyle, great panoramic views from Malabar Beach, through to Maroubra beach, skyline of Bondi Junction and views of the city skyline through to Parramatta and the Blue Mountains to the west.

Our unit is situated on the 13th floor of a 15 storey newly completed unit block. We offer a 24 hour concierge & security service. From our unit you can organise, taxi/hire car services, dry cleaning, paper deliveries, flowers and even concert and restaurant bookings. All linen is supplied as well as a high speed internet connection and free local telephone. For longer term rentals we can even arrange an STD/International phone connection.

As well as the above our unit block is directly above a brand new shopping centre which you have direct access to from 7am in the morning until 10pm at night. A list of shops will be emailed to you upon your booking. We are also within a 5 minute walk to the huge Westfield shopping centre at Eastgardens, where from there, if shopping is your passion you can catch a bus to the newly completed shopping centre of Bondi Junction

Kanangra, is a 10 minute walk to Maroubra Beach. A 10 min drive to both the International and domestic terminals at Sydney Airport. It is a 15 min drive to the city. You may like to catch a bus which is a direct ride from our front door to the city. You can stop off along the way at Fox Studios, Aussie Stadium & the shopping mecca of Darlinghurst and Paddington.

Directly across the road we have a park which has within it's huge area an aquatic centre, squash courts & another 10 tennis courts along with bicycle & running tracks. You can run/cycle along these to get to Maroubra Beach for an early morning swim.

Kanangra faces north/east/west, offering sensational views. Imagine waking up to the glorious sunrises over Maroubra Beach to the East, looking out of the floor to ceiling glass windows that are the walls in the lounge room facing East & North. During your morning breakfast on our huge 25 sq/m balcony enjoy watching the city with it's ever changing colours whilst the sun is slowly rising.

In the evenings the sunsets over to the west and the Blue Mountains are spectacular. Once again enjoy the ever changing colours of the city & mountains, whilst sipping on afternoon drinks on the outdoor lounge.

Moon rises at Kanangra are something to behold as they rise over the sea at Maroubra Beach. Some nights you may even be enthralled by watching a huge orange ball rise slowly out of the ocean or even the most spectacular lightning storms over the sea we have ever seen.

In winter the sun streams onto the balcony and into all living areas. In summer the balcony is shaded also offering lovely breezes from the nth/east. The lounge room, dining room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling glass walls facing the city, park & beach.

Celebrate New Years Eve, with a BBQ on the balcony. Watch the fireworks, work there way from the start, at Parramatta, along the waterways of the Parramatta River past the Anzac Bridge to the grand finally in Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. All can be seen from our balcony as well as the never ending displays that happen thereafter within the local area or further afield.

The apartment has a large 25 sq.m covered balcony. There is a BBQ as well as an 8 seater outdoor dining area and a lounge suite, otterman and coffee table.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with glass mirrored wardrobes. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms as well as block out blinds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, with gas cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and a huge stainless steel upside down fridge, freezer down the bottom and fridge up the top for easy access. The freezer produces heaps of ice and has a water dispenser on the door of the fridge.

The laundry has a huge new 8.5 kg turbo drum top loading washing machine, washing tub and clothes dryer. We also supply a handy portable clothes line for those times you don't want to use a clothes dryer.

All beds are made upon your arrival, towels, bathmats, hand towels and all kitchen linen are supplied. We also supply towels to be used in the gym and beach towels you may use at either the beach or pool.

The building also has a large outdoor pool and BBQ area, gym facilities and a tennis court. Please refer to photos on website.

Our apartment is to accomodate 6 guests only with the acception of a baby using the cot.

We DO NOT condone or allow the use of the apartment for parties or schoolies week.

Should we be informed of any misuse of our apartment by the building management/security we have the right to terminate your stay immediately & all money paid in rent will be forfeited
