Forster Lakeside

Spacious, no steps & in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Forster Keys one minute from the lake/boatramp. With its own north-facing pool, entertaining areas and fenced lawn this is a great family home. Heaps of toys/games for the kids. Large level block (726sq/m) which has separate lounge(30sq/m), dining (14sq/m). kitchen/family (23sq/m) & sunroom (9sq/m). The lounge area, hallways and bedrooms are all carpeted while the living areas have recently been tiled. Safety rails in the shower as well as a step-free house make this ideal for those who are not so steady on their feet. As well as ceiling fans there is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living areas, which will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The garage has a remote-control automatic door opener. The three bedrooms have: queen bed, queen bed, and 3 singles. There is also a port-a-cot available (please request at time of booking) and a folding bed only suitable for a child.

Amenities: Full bathroom with separate bath and shower, two separate toilets as well as a large laundry equipped with a front-loader washing machine and a clothes dryer and clothes drying rack (yes, it does sometimes rain in Paradise!!).

The sunny, north-facing rear yard consists of a secure, fenced grass area. There is both a gas BBQ and a BBQ that uses wood for fuel (if fire restrictions allow), and an outdoor setting with a large umbrella. The pool area is enclosed and has large paved areas with sun-lounges and deck chairs. If you do not want to leave the house you will still have a great holiday!!

Forster has everything you could want in a holiday. Forster Lakeside is a flat 1 minute walk from Wallis Lake, which has great fishing. Also 2 minutes away on foot are the corner shops (butcher, greengrocer, baker/pieshop, newsagent/general store/bottle shop, take-away/fish & chip shop and hairdressers/beauty salon). The beaches - One Mile, Main Beach and Pebbly Beach, the Aquatic Centre with its 3 pools, gyms, spa and sauna, Forster Golf Course, Forster Bowling Club as well as the new Stockland shopping centre are all less than 5 mins away.

For those who love boating, there is a public boat ramp one minute away in Forster Keys which the crowds have not yet discovered. Great for water-skiing. There is a public barbecue facility with lots of shade there as well.

The surrounding area has some great attractions for all ages but if you just want to lie back and unwind while the kids play in the pool then Forster Lakeside is what you are looking for.

WELL-APPOINTED

Sunlounges in the pool area will help you to unwind and enjoy your stay. For kids (big! and small) who cannot do without their electronic gadgets there is an X-Box that can be borrowed. It comes with seven games and others can be hired from the local video store. There is also a DVD player. Boxes of toys and board games are available if required - Duplo, wooden train set, toy cars, Monopoly, Backgammon etc. If you require anything else for your holiday we are happy to see if it is available locally for you.
