This magnificent home sleeps 8 and can easily accommodate two families. The house has uninterrupted views of the Pacific and two very large decks that are perfect for those lazy summer days and watching dolphins frolicking in the surf. It is the perfect house for winter accommodation with sundrenched decks and living rooms and a gasfire place. You can be cosy and warm indoors watching the wild surf pounding the shoreline. In June-July see whales migrating north and again in September-November as they return with their young, all from the deck

The property was purpose designed and finished with high end designer furniture and quality fittings specifically for holiday accommodation. One of Sydney’s most accomplished and sought after designers oversaw the entire project from concept to completion in January 2007. Accommodation

To maximize the view the combined kitchen, dining and living room are upstairs and sliding glass doors open out to a very large deck.

There are two bedrooms upstairs both with bathrooms. One has a queen size bed, access to the deck and views straight out to the ocean. The other bedroom can be configured as a king size bed or two extra large single beds and has a large ensuite with full size bath.

Downstairs is another living room complete with flat screen TV and DVD player. Glass doors open out to another enormous deck complete with bbq and access to the garden with a large lawn. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One has a king size bed, with more ocean views, and the other can again be configured as a king size bed or single beds. (NB: When booking you need to advise how you would like these beds configured.) There is another large bathroom downstairs.

The kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of quality kitchenware. All the beds are high end and extremely plush.

- Check out enormous surf shop and many other shops and cafes in Gerringong (4kms).
- Trip further afield to Kiama (14kms) to see blow hole and more spectacular ocean views.
