Boat may be left tied up to jetty during your stay.There is also a salt water inground pool to enjoy. Garage for two & off St parking for two. Located in quiet street. Walking distance to town. Great water views from dining/sunroom surrounded by peaceful leafy garden. Slide open the glass door and step onto back covered balcony where you will enjoy your BBQ & drinks by the water. Hard to beat Sussex Inlet for a relaxing 'Sea Change' holiday, miles away from the stress & worries of city life. Just 3 Hrs from Sydney & Canberra. 30 mins. from Nowra or Ulladulla.
Pick up shuttle from Sydney Airport, door to door can be arranged.

THINGS TO DO.

Boating, fishing, prawning, canoeing, sailing & water ski in St. Georges Basin or nearby Swan Lake. Swim in your private inground salt water pool.
Surf, swim, scuba dive,snorkle & walk along the pristine uncrowded beaches. Watch the dolphins at play in the sea.
Picturesque bushwalking & bicycle trails in the National Park.
Walk along the river and have a coffee in the many outlets
in town. You can have a massage, beauty treatment, go to the movies and visit one of our 3 clubs in town where they
have great food, entertainment, bingo & trivia (all within
walking distance from home). You can also pick a bargain
at the Ocean & Earth Factory in Sussex.
You can play golf, tennis & bowls go horse riding or get fit at the gym.
Scrapbooking heaven is here also. If you would like to learn
or want help to complete a special project, private or group
workshops are available.
For short 30 min. drives there are many quaint towns, wineries, animal parks,discount vouchers available on dolphin & whale watching cruises to entertain you. On your arrival we have a full set of brochures for you to plan your outings.
Or you can do absolutely nothing and just relax it's your
holiday.
